Because our work involves professional time and, in many cases, government filing fees paid on your behalf, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once work on your engagement has started.
If a service hasn’t yet begun, or if we’re unable to take on the work for reasons on our end, we’ll refund any advance received in full. Any government fees or third-party charges already paid to a department or portal are non-refundable, in line with that department’s own policy.
If something doesn’t feel right about an engagement, talk to us directly — we’d rather sort it out than have you walk away unhappy.
